- Step 01
Receiving
Sealed loads are received, counted and checked against the manifest. Tamper-evident seals and signed handoffs create the first record in the chain of custody.
- Step 02
Sorting
Assets are sorted by disposition stream: reuse, harvest, recycle or secure destruction. Data-bearing media is immediately segregated into a controlled area.
- Step 03
Scanning & registration
Every device and drive is scanned by serial number and asset tag, then reconciled against your inventory so nothing is lost or double-counted.
- Step 04
Destruction
Industrial shredders and crushing equipment destroy hard drives, SSDs, tapes and media. Degaussing and certified software erasure are also available.
- Step 05
Reporting
A serialized destruction log records method, operator, equipment, date and time. Photo or video evidence is retained where required.
- Step 06
Certificate issuing
You receive a formal Certificate of Destruction or Certificate of Shredding referencing the serialized inventory — ready for audit and compliance.

- What documentation do I receive after destruction?
- You receive a serialized asset inventory, destruction log, photo or video evidence where requested, and a formal Certificate of Destruction / Certificate of Shredding — everything needed for audit and compliance.
- How is pricing determined?
