Overview

What we do

USACA Group provides full-scope ITAD (IT asset disposition), helping data centers, enterprises and manufacturers retire technology assets responsibly — recovering value from equipment and materials while protecting data, people and the environment. From decommissioning and secure data destruction to remarketing and downstream material recycling, we manage the full recovery lifecycle.

Secure data destruction & shredding

Warehouse shredders, serialized evidence, and certificates of destruction — the complete data-security service.

Our facilities operate industrial shredders and crushing equipment for hard drives, SSDs, tapes and other data-bearing media. Every load follows a documented chain of custody from receiving through sorting, scanning, destruction, reporting and certificate issuing.

Core capabilities

Sustainable Recovery capabilities

Decommissioning at scale

Project-managed de-installation, inventory capture, packing and transport for single racks through full facility exits.

Warehouse-based shredding & crushing

Industrial shredders and crushing equipment at our processing facilities deliver physical destruction of hard drives, SSDs, tapes and media with witnessed and serialized evidence.

Secure data handling

Documented data sanitization and destruction workflows with chain-of-custody reporting for every asset.

Value recovery first

Assets are triaged for reuse and remarketing before recycling, so recoverable value returns to your balance sheet.

Audit-ready reporting

Every destruction event is logged by serial number, method, operator and equipment, then packaged with certificates for compliance and internal audit.

Responsible downstream

Materials are routed to vetted downstream processors for electronics, batteries and solar streams.

Standard operating procedure

Receiving. Sorting. Scanning. Destruction. Reporting. Certification.

A controlled workflow designed so your data never passes through our facilities undocumented. Each step feeds the audit trail you receive at project close.

  1. Step 01

    Receiving

Sealed loads are received, counted and checked against the manifest. Tamper-evident seals and signed handoffs create the first record in the chain of custody.

  2. Step 02

    Sorting

Assets are sorted by disposition stream: reuse, harvest, recycle or secure destruction. Data-bearing media is immediately segregated into a controlled area.

  3. Step 03

    Scanning & registration

Every device and drive is scanned by serial number and asset tag, then reconciled against your inventory so nothing is lost or double-counted.

  4. Step 04

    Destruction

Industrial shredders and crushing equipment destroy hard drives, SSDs, tapes and media. Degaussing and certified software erasure are also available.

  5. Step 05

    Reporting

A serialized destruction log records method, operator, equipment, date and time. Photo or video evidence is retained where required.

  6. Step 06

    Certificate issuing

You receive a formal Certificate of Destruction or Certificate of Shredding referencing the serialized inventory — ready for audit and compliance.

FAQ

Common questions

What types of assets do you accept?
Servers, storage, networking, end-user devices, components, EV lithium batteries, solar panels and mixed electronic material streams.
Can you handle data destruction requirements?
Yes. We operate industrial shredders and crushing equipment in our warehouses for physical destruction of hard drives, SSDs and media. Every destruction event is logged, evidenced and issued with a Certificate of Destruction or Certificate of Shredding.
What documentation do I receive after destruction?
You receive a serialized asset inventory, destruction log, photo or video evidence where requested, and a formal Certificate of Destruction / Certificate of Shredding — everything needed for audit and compliance.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on asset mix, volume, location and service scope. Share an asset list through an inquiry and our recovery team will respond with a proposal.
