What you receive
Media covered
Hard drives and SSDs, backup tapes, flash media, and data held inside servers, storage arrays, laptops, desktops, printers and network devices.
Method matched to media
Magnetic drives, solid-state media and tape each require a different approach. We match shredding or crushing to the media type and your policy, and separate SSDs and flash from magnetic drives.
Sealed chain of custody
Media is secured in sealed containers at your location, with seal numbers recorded, and transported under documented custody. Destruction takes place at USACA facilities only.
Serialized destruction log
Each device is recorded by serial number and matched to your manifest, so variances surface before the certificate is issued.
Certificate of destruction
A formal certificate referencing the serialized log, method and date, which you can file for audit.
