Server recycling means taking retired rack servers, blades and storage out of your hands and deciding, unit by unit, what happens next. Some equipment can be reused or resold, some yields reusable components, and the rest is recycled responsibly. USACA Group handles all three paths under R2v3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified processes, with the data-bearing media removed and destroyed at our facilities.

What you receive
Equipment accepted
Rack and tower servers, blade chassis and blades, storage servers and arrays, drive shelves, rails, PSUs, memory, CPUs, NICs and associated enterprise hardware, mixed brands and generations.
Serialized intake inventory
Each server logged by make, model and serial, with installed drives captured separately so storage media can be traced from receipt to destruction.
Drive removal and destruction
Hard drives and SSDs are pulled and destroyed at USACA facilities, never at the customer's site, with a certificate of destruction covering each device.
Three downstream paths
Servers with market demand are tested and remarketed; others are harvested for reusable components such as memory and CPUs; the remainder is recycled through vetted downstream processors. Nothing is automatically destroyed.
Settlement and recycling record
Recovered value is reported against the inventory, together with a downstream material record for your environmental reporting.

Share a list
Send a rough asset list or photos: models, quantities, location and whether drives are still installed.

Quote & settlement model
We return a quote showing expected resale, component recovery and any processing charges.
- Step 03
Pickup (reviewed by USACA)
Once scope is confirmed, equipment is palletized, sealed and transported under documented chain of custody.
- Step 04
Receive & log
Servers are reconciled against your list and scanned into our tracking system, serial by serial.
- Step 05
Destroy media
Drives are removed and destroyed at our facilities and recorded per serial.
- Step 06
Remarket, recover, recycle
Each unit follows its path, and you receive the inventory, certificates and settlement report.
