Corporate IT & Electronics Cleanout

Don't pay to move or store technology your business no longer needs.

Who this service is for

IT, facilities, operations and finance teams at companies of any size clearing offices, server rooms, data center space, warehouses or storage areas of equipment they no longer need — at any time of year.

Relocations, refreshes, consolidations, lease expirations and closures leave retired computers, servers, network gear and electronics behind. USACA evaluates that equipment for reuse and value recovery first, remarkets what the market supports, destroys data at USACA facilities where required and recycles the rest.

  • corporate IT cleanout
  • electronics cleanout for businesses
  • IT equipment removal
  • office IT cleanout
  • retired IT equipment disposal
  • surplus electronics removal

What you receive

  • Cleanout scoping

Locations, equipment types, approximate quantities and your deadline reviewed before anything is collected.

  • Reuse and value recovery

Equipment with current market demand is identified for resale or buyback. Offers depend on product and market.

  • Remarketing

Recoverable equipment is remarketed, with proceeds or credit handled as agreed in writing.

  • Data destruction at USACA facilities

Data-bearing devices are destroyed at USACA facilities with serialized reporting and a Certificate of Destruction.

  • Responsible recycling

Equipment without resale value is recycled through certified processes.

  • Collection and records

Collection reviewed and confirmed in writing (one skid minimum), followed by final disposition records.

When businesses use a cleanout

Any time technology is retired faster than it can be dealt with internally.

  • Office relocation — equipment that is not moving to the new site
  • IT refresh and laptop/desktop fleet replacement
  • Data center or server room refresh
  • Warehouse cleanout
  • Facility consolidation
  • Lease expiration and space handback
  • Downsizing
  • Business closure
  • M&A / post-merger consolidation
  • Excess equipment removal
  • Year-end cleanout

Value first, recycling last

Every cleanout follows the same order: reuse / value recovery → remarketing → data destruction (where data-bearing devices are present) → recycling of residual material. Which steps apply depends on the equipment and your instructions.

How it works

A documented process, start to certificate.

  1. Step 01

    Tell us what you have

Location, rough quantities and timing. A full list is helpful but not required.

  2. Step 02

    Review and confirmation

USACA confirms scope, timing and commercial terms in writing.

  3. Step 03

    Collection

Equipment is packed, palletized where needed and transported to USACA.

  4. Step 04

    Evaluate and process

Reuse / value recovery → remarketing → data destruction → recycling.

  5. Step 05

    Report

Disposition records and Certificates of Destruction where applicable.

Inventory & logistics

Request a cleanout quote

Tell us what you know — location, product types and a rough quantity are enough. A specialist will reply, usually within one business day. Prefer to talk? Call 1-800-704-6666.

No detailed spreadsheet needed — something like "approximately 18 pallets of returned electronics at a warehouse in New Jersey" is enough to start. Photos or lists can be sent by replying to our confirmation email. Pickups are reviewed and confirmed in writing (one skid minimum); offers depend on product and market demand.

Equipment valuation

Request an equipment valuation

Tell us what you have. Offers depend on model, configuration, quantity, age, condition, location and current market demand, and not every item will carry resale value — we will tell you plainly either way. Prefer to talk? Call 1-800-704-6666.
