How quickly can an ITAD project start?

Most inquiries receive a response within one business day, and standard collections are typically scheduled within a week. Multi-site or data center projects are scoped with a dedicated account manager.

Do you buy retired equipment or charge for disposal?

Both models exist depending on the asset mix. Marketable equipment can generate a settlement back to you; low-value or hazardous material streams carry a processing cost. We quote transparently either way.

It depends on volume, equipment type, condition, location and how much of it has resale value. Recoverable value can offset part or all of the service cost. USACA reviews your asset list and quotes each project individually.

What records will we receive?

A serialized asset report, certificates of destruction for data-bearing devices, chain-of-custody records and a settlement report for any value recovered.
