USACA Group collects business IT equipment, records each device by serial number, destroys the data-bearing media at our facilities, resells what still has value, and recycles the rest under R2v3 and ISO 14001 certified processes.

What you receive
Equipment accepted
Business laptops, desktops, workstations, thin clients, monitors, docking stations and related peripherals, typically collected by the pallet or in gaylord boxes.
Serialized inventory
Each computer recorded by make, model and serial, and reconciled against your asset list where you provide one.
Data destruction
Drives are removed and destroyed at USACA facilities, with a certificate of destruction.
Resale or recycling
Current-generation devices are tested and remarketed, with value returned to you; older equipment is recycled through vetted downstream processors.
Reporting pack
Inventory, destruction certificate, settlement and recycling record in one package for IT, finance and sustainability teams.
