Yes, and the plan is built backwards from that date. We confirm what the landlord requires on handover — cabinets, cabling, PDUs, floor tiles — and schedule the de-rack with enough float to finish before the contract ends.

Do you work in Manhattan buildings with freight restrictions?

Regularly. We reserve the freight elevator and dock, meet the building's insurance and union requirements, and use overnight or weekend windows where that's the only option available.

Is drive destruction done at my site?

Media is degaussed, crushed or shredded in our secure warehouse under dual control, with serialized certificates of destruction. Drives are sealed and tracked from the moment they are pulled.

Will you buy the equipment instead of charging for removal?

Where the asset mix supports it, yes. Recent servers, storage, network gear and GPUs are valued for resale and the recovered amount is offset against project cost or paid out as a settlement.

Do you cover Philadelphia and Connecticut?
