Seattle and the Eastside (Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland) combine major cloud, software and e-commerce employers with thousands of technology firms. Retirements here are typically laptop and workstation fleets, lab and development servers, networking refreshes and office consolidations, where serialized records matter for security and audit teams.

Central Washington — Quincy, Wenatchee, Moses Lake and East Wenatchee — hosts some of the largest data-center campuses in North America, drawn by low-cost hydroelectric power. Work there is different in kind from Seattle: large volumes of homogeneous servers, storage and networking removed in planned phases, where scheduling, truck capacity across the Cascades and per-serial reconciliation drive the project.

Because the two markets differ so much, USACA scopes them separately: Puget Sound work is usually recurring enterprise ITAD, while Central Washington work is usually phased data-center decommissioning and hyperscale-scale hardware disposition.

Organizations with surplus servers, networking, storage, CPUs, GPUs, memory or enterprise SSDs can also request an equipment valuation through USACA's Hardware Systems and Semiconductor & Microelectronics divisions. Valuation and purchase depend on model, specification, quantity, condition, location and current market demand — USACA does not purchase every asset.
